At Morven we offer warm, comfortable accommodation and have made many friends since opening our home to visitors over 37 years ago.
We have a double room (one big bed), a twin/double room (two single beds which can be made into one big bed - please state whether you require it as a twin or double when booking) and a single room, all with TV, Tea/Coffee making facilities and hairdryers.
The Bathroom (bath with shower over, wash hand basin and toilet is shared. There is also a downstairs toilet with wash hand basin.
Lounge for visitors use & Wi-Fi available.
Our charges for 2010 are from GBP23 per person per night, this includes a full Scottish breakfast that will set you up for the day. However, if you stay more than one night the rate is GBP21 per person.
Continental and vegetarian options are available on request.
We have two cats ~ Muffin & Daisy, who we try to keep out of the bedrooms. However, anyone with allergies may not be happy staying with us.
We also have a NO SMOKING policy throughout our home, but smokers are welcome to use the patio and back garden. Other guests are also welcome to sit in or walk around the garden if the weather is nice.
Dufftown is an ideal base from which to tour the Speyside region and the North East of Scotland, offering many places of interest as well as beautiful scenery.
Transport to surrounding distilleries and castles can be arranged at a small charge to cover cost of petrol.
