The Elms is a large, traditional, stone house built c1896, located in the heart of Dufftown, only a two minute walk from the town Square. We take pride in offering you renowned Scottish hospitality (including a welcoming dram of scotch whisky when you book on-line) and will do everything possible to ensure that your stay is comfortable and highly enjoyable.

The "Mortlach" room is a spacious twin room directly overlooking Mortlach Distillery.

"The Glenlivet" room is a large double room with a king-sized bed.

Both rooms have a TV, coffee/tea making facilities and biscuits etc., clock radio, bathrobes and slippers, and plenty of wardrobe space.

The Bathroom (bath tub, shower over, wash basin and toilet) is shared and there is an additional toilet and wash basin downstairs.

Current room charges are GBP26 per person per night for double occupancy, or GBP32 per person per night single occupancy, all including a full breakfast. A vegetarian option is available.

There is NO SMOKING in the house, but smokers are welcome to smoke outside in the garden areas.

Dufftown is an ideal location for visiting the area. Distilleries, castles, hiking, golfing, fishing, wildlife viewing, stunning scenery and many other attractions are on our doorstep.
